Mr. Dilawar Khan belongs to Federally Administered Tribal Areas of Pakistan. Mr. Khan has over 13 years of experience with the international organizations. With a passion for social development, he founded CODE PAKISTAN, a non-profit independent organization. During his professional career, he served the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, The Hague, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and, also served as Senior Advisor to the U.S. Ambassador in Pakistan. Mr. Khan holds an MPhil degree from the National Defense University Islamabad, and is currently a Doctoral Candidate in Peace and Conflict Studies at the Center of International Peace and Stability, National University of Science and Technology (NUST), Pakistan.
