August 11: 2014: CODE PAKISTAN signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the District Office of the Social Welfare and Women Empowerment Department (SWWED) of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) Government. The two sides pledged to work together on projects related to social welfare and women empowerment. Dilawar Khan shared details about CODE PAKISTAN’s project “Stitching Hopes” with Aftab, Senior Protection Officer at Social Welfare Department, Chitral. Dilawar Khan also discussed another project of CODE PAKISTAN by the name ‘Child Protection Spokespersons’ with Aftab . Dilawar Khan sought the support of the District Office Chitral of the SWWED for the two projects in pursuance of the MoU.
