President CODE PAKISTAN inaugurates ICU in DHQ Chitral

August 12, 2014: CODE PAKISTAN and Fasahat Ali Khan Trust for Education and Research (FAKTER) donated high quality equipment to the District Headquarters Hospital (DHQ) Chitral for its newly established Intermediate Care Unit (ICU). The donated equipment included: High-end Medical beds, Oxygen Concentrator, Cardiac Monitor and other related medical equipment . The ICU was inaugurated President CODE PAKISTAN, Dilawar Khan. The event was attended, among others by: Dr. Noor ul Islam, Medical Superintendent (MS) of DHQ Chitral, Mr. Mazhar, Assistant Commissioner of Chitral, Mr. Abdul Latif, District President of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) for Chitral district, staff of DHQ Chitral, representatives of Social Welfare and Women Empowerment Department of Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, representatives of media, and teams CODE PAKISTAN and FAKTER. Dilawar Khan explained the projects “Stitching Hopes” and “Conserving the Untamed Polo” to the audience in his speech as well as in his subsequent interaction with the media. The event was widely reported in local press.
